This fully washed Bourbon variety is grown in the hills of Jarama, Bukwanzi, and Mukunguza and is carefully hand-picked and processed using a unique double fermentation method. This process results in a bright, fruity, and floral profile that showcases the terroir of our volcanic soil, rich in nutrients and grown at an altitude of 1700-1800 meters.
