Moccamaster
The Moccamaster entered the world through the inspiration of Dutch engineer Gerard Smit. Driven to create a coffee brewer that could brew to Gold Cup standards consistently, the Moccamaster was the end result of his innovation and design.
Below you will find the recipe we believe yields the best results, and is perfect for 6 or 7 people.
What you need:
- 1.25 L of Filtered Water
- 73 grams of ground Coastal Coffee (medium/coarse grind)
- Moccamaster #4 Filter
- Scale
- Add filtered water to Moccamaster
- Place filter in Moccamaster and pre-wet filter with water
- Preheat cups with left over water
- Discard water from basket.
- Add ground coffee to filter basket.
- Turn brewer on.
- Wait for coffee to drain through filter.
- Total Brew time should be around 7 minutes
Pour and Enjoy.
